During the lifetime of the project, several reports to Halton Region Council were generated. These kept senior administration abreast of the initiative’s happenings and allowed a feedback loop to the project manager overseeing the initiative.

In addition to the Council Reports, a survey to the Community of Practice allowed evaluation of two knowledge translation strategies: webinars and monthly e-blasts. This helped to gage customer satisfaction permitting initiative revision where needed.
