Home Safety Checklists

Getting started:

  • The most important way to keep your child safe is to watch them. Always have your children play where you can see them.
  • Get down on the floor to see what your child can see.
  • Check each room carefully - If something is broken, fix it.
  • Check your home completely as often as possible

This series of home safety checklists will help make your home a safer place. Use them to find areas in your home that may be dangerous for a child.

What you will find in each checklist:

  • "Do you have..." lists of safety prompts for you to check off
  • Tips on how to keep your child safe
