  • Healthy Schools Action Plan Template (Microsoft Word) a template to be used by Healthy School Committees to guide the development, implementation and evaluation of a school community action plan.
  • HDSB Healthy School Ring resource (Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) 515KB) based on the Ministry of Education’s Foundations for a Healthy School framework, this resource provides a summary of healthy school ideas. The cards can be cut into 8.5x5.5 size and assembled on a ring for easy access.
