Dr. Maureen Cividino,
IPAC Physician, Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), Public Health Ontario

Dr. Cividino completed her MD, family medicine residency and Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety at McMaster University. She is certified with the Canadian Board of Occupational Medicine and also maintains her Certification in Infection Prevention and Control. She divides her time providing IPAC Physician support for Public Health Ontario and working as an occupational physician in acute care hospital settings.

Donna Moore
Team Lead, IPAC Regional Support - Central West, Public Health Ontario

Donna Moore serves as the Team Lead for the IPAC Regional Support Unit- Central West Hub, and the subject matter lead for Reprocessing at Public Health Ontario. Donna’s experience includes management roles in IPAC and Reprocessing within both large and small community hospitals. Donna is a registered practical nurse who is currently pursuing her Masters of Science degree in Infection Control from the University of Essex. She also holds certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology
