Did you know?

  • Perinatal Mood Disorder affects 1 in 5 women during pregnancy and postpartum.
  • Having a support network can contribute to a faster recovery.

Are you the parent of a child under the age of two years?

Are you surprised about how you are feeling now that you are a parent?

Are you struggling with being exhausted, overwhelmed or unsure of how to relate to your baby or child?

You are not alone, we can help.

Visit one of our Adjusting to Parenthood (ATP) groups, which meet twice monthly.

  • Learn from other moms, public health nurses, and parent educators or therapists.
  • Call ahead to arrange free child care.
  • Remember - peer support is an important part of a healthy parenting strategy.
  • Protect your health, the health of your baby and the health of your family by getting the support and encouragement you need, when you need it.
