As Director of Economic Development, John is responsible for the implementation of economic development programs and activities outlined in Halton Region's Strategic Plan and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. John also oversees personnel and operational activities for the Division.

 

Sandra Nuhn Manager, Small Business & Strategic Partnerships  Ext. 7228 sandra.nuhn@halton.ca	Sandra is responsible for the Division's services to the rapidly growing community of small business and entrepreneurs in Halton. In addition, Sandra oversees the development of strategic partnerships that support Halton Region's Small Business Centre and broader Regional economic development objectives.
Margaret Gaskell Acting Business Consultant/ Program Assistant Ext. 7826 margaret.gaskell@halton.ca	Margaret is the first contact for small business inquiries at the Small Business Centre. Margaret provides information and resources and assists clients with business registrations and inquiries and authors the Halton Business Briefs Start-up newsletter.
Catharine Frith Business Consultant Ext. 7732 catharine.frith@halton.ca	Catharine has over 20 years of business experience.  Catharine advises both new and existing businesses at the Halton Region Small Business Centre.  Catharine also delivers business seminars and works with young entrepreneurs through the Centre's Youth Entrepreneurship programs.
Cameron Tulloch Business Consultant Ext. 7550 cameron.tulloch@halton.ca	As a Small Business Consultant, Cameron has helped many people navigate their big picture ideas as well as the intricate details of starting or growing a small business.  At the Small Business Centre, Cam advises both new and existing businesses.  He also delivers business seminars and works with young entrepreneurs through the Centre's Youth Entrepreneurship programs.

 

Bill Anderson Economic Development Officer Ext. 7955 bill.anderson@halton.ca	With more than twenty years of facilitating business growth in Ontario, Bill is using this experience with major Ontario and international corporations and the industrial and commercial real estate sector to advance business decisions for new location selections and expansion in Halton Region.
Christine Carrington Economic Development Research Analyst Ext. 7132 christine.carrington@halton.ca	Christine is responsible for the Division's research and economic analysis program including sector research, small business and enterprise and development activity research and monitoring of the Region's economic performance.
Nancy Malloy Administrative Assistant Ext. 7514 nancy.malloy@halton.ca	Nancy provides administrative and clerical support to the Director and the Division. Nancy also implements and monitors administrative projects and procedures and assists with the Division's events and budgets.
Stephanie Mazhari Economic Development Coordinator Ext. 7229 stephanie.mazhari@halton.ca	Stephanie is responsible for the preparation and roll-out of Economic Development marketing and presentation materials, social media, developing and maintaining website content and works with Divisional staff in the planning of communications for various Divisional events and initiatives throughout the year.
Angela Sugden Praysner Physician Recruitment Coordinator Ext. 7929 angela.sugden-praysner@halton.ca	Angela works with the Halton Region Physician Recruitment Program to recruit family physicians to Halton and retain Halton's existing physicians.  Angela works with both the medical community and the community at large to address Halton's physician needs through marketing and network programs.
