Sustainable Halton

On December 16, 2009, Halton Regional Council unanimously adopted ROPA 38 "An Amendment to Incorporate the Results of Sustainable Halton, Official Plan Review Directions and Other Matter".

A version of ROPA 38 was released as part of Regional staff report LPS118-09 on December 10, 2009. Regional Council's decision to adopt ROPA 38 is recorded in By-law No. 162-09 20KB. The province now has until June 16, 2010 to review and then approve, amend or refuse ROPA 38.
