The Bruce Apartments is a seniors apartment building consisting of 88 units, managed by the Halton Community Housing Corporation. It is conveniently located across from the Milton Mall and a block from the Milton’s Seniors Centre.

• Halton Region offers Supports for Daily Living service to eligible seniors living at The Bruce Apartments in Milton
• Halton Region offers Supports for Daily Living service to eligible seniors living in a designated neighbourhood outside of The Bruce Apartments in Milton
• Essential support services are provided by Personal Support Workers (PSW’s)
• To be eligible for services seniors must be:
  • 65 years of age or older
  • Demonstrate a need for daily access to personal support
  • Require an average of 1.5 hours of care per day
  • Be able to communicate and direct their own care or have a substitute decision-maker or a live-in caregiver to direct care
  • Be medically stable (medical/professional needs can be met by CCAC, family physician or other community providers)
• Supports for Daily Living clients are strongly encouraged to enrol in an emergency response program such as ConnectCARE that provides urgent response to your needs

• Anyone wishing to apply for Supports for Daily Living must contact the Central Registry at 905-281-4443.
• Anyone wishing to apply to the Bruce Apartments must apply through Halton Access to Community Housing (HATCH) by calling 311.
