Bonnie Place I & II – Burlington

Bonnie Place is a seniors apartment complex managed by the Burlington Rotary Club. Bonnie Place 1 has 78 units and Bonnie Place II has 84 units. It is conveniently located close to amenities in the Roseland area of Burlington including Roseland Plaza and the Burlington Seniors Centre.

  • Halton Region offers Assisted Living services to eligible seniors living at Bonnie Place I & II in Burlington.
  • Halton Region offers Assisted Living to eligible seniors living in a designated neighbourhood outside of Bonnie Place I & II
  • Essential support services are provided by Personal Support Workers (PSW’s)
  • To be eligible for services seniors must be:
    • 65 years of age or older
    • Demonstrate a need for daily access to personal support
    • Require an average of 1.5 hours of care per day
    • Be able to communicate and direct their own care or have a substitute decision-maker or a live-in caregiver to direct care
    • Be medically stable (medical/professional needs can be met by CCAC, family physician or other community providers)
  • Assisted Living clients are strongly encouraged to enrol in an emergency response program such as ConnectCARE that provides urgent response to your needs

  • Anyone wishing to apply for Assisted Living must contact the CCAC – Community Care Access Centre at 310-CCAC (310-222)
  • Anyone wishing to apply to live at Bonnie Place must apply directly to Bonnie Place by calling 905.634.0046

Bonnie Place II

  • Applications for below-market rent units at Bonnie Place II are located at 510 Claridge Road in Burlington. Bonnie Place II is an affordable housing development for seniors 60+. The building provides 76 below-market rental units.
