Booth or Temporary Food Preparation, Storage and Service Area Set-up at Special Events

  • Booths must have an overhead cover with at least 3 side flaps in areas where food will be prepared. Side flaps are not required if foods are prepared off site.
  • Cooking equipment is to be secured away from the public by using fencing or ropes.
  • Cooking equipment is not to be located under the canopy of the booth or in a tent.
