Bulk Water Rates & Payment Methods

Rates

The 2017 rate is $2.55 per cubic meter. The coin metered station is $2.00 per cubic meter.

The rate is calculated based on a sample resident charge which includes:

  • Monthly water and wastewater service charges.
  • Usage charge per cubic meter (75% exemption for the wastewater component).

Bulk water rates reflect the Region's operating costs, water consumption history, and population/water demand growth projection.
