  • Discussion groups
    This group uses video and discussion to give parents ideas about how they can address specific issues in their family. These sessions are 2 hours in length and are currently available for parents of children 1-6 years.
    Topics include:
    • Managing Fighting and Aggression
    • Developing Good Bedtime Routines
    • Dealing with Disobedience
  • Small group series
    This series uses discussion, telephone support and workbooks to guide families through the steps of addressing individual parenting concerns. The groups will meet for 4 or 5 weeks and then receive telephone support before one final session.
