If I sent an email or someone wasn't available when I called, how long will I have to wait for a response?

  • Before 3 p.m.: returned the same business day
  • After 3 p.m.: returned by noon the next business day

Who can call FHIL?

  • All individuals, regardless of their age: from youth to adults, even professionals in the community such as physicians, teachers, child care workers.
  • Parents with children of all ages will receive excellent support because FHIL also services HaltonParents
