Fight BAC! TM is a national food safety campaign that aims to educate consumers about safe food handling practices in the home. Fight BAC! TM focuses on four food safety tips people can take to fight foodborne bacteria and reduce the risk of foodborne illness.
Fight BAC! TM was developed by the Canadian Partnership for Food Safety Education. As a member of the partnership, the Halton Region Health Department has developed a series of posters to support the campaign locally. The posters can be ordered through the Health Department’s online database using the links below:
The posters are also available on CD in 5 different formats. They are set up on the disk to allow other partners to add their logos on the bottom. We ask only that any reproduction of the posters not be used for profit and that Halton Region Health Department be given credit for creation in small print at the bottom of any reproduction.
For more information or to order the disk call the Food Safety Program, Health Department at 905-825-6000.
