We all have mental health just like we all have physical health. Mental health is the ability we have to feel, think and act in ways that help us to enjoy life and deal with any challenges we face.
Life is a constant up and down, and we can never completely rid ourselves of problems or avoid crises all together. However, by learning how to cope with everyday, life events and by making positive health choices, you can reduce your chances of emotional and physical illness.
These web pages provide information about programs and resources that support positive mental health. There are also related links to other websites that provide information about mental and physical well being as well as mental illness.
