Joint Agency Review Team (JART)

A Joint Agency Review Team (JART) was established to review the application.

JART members for this application included:

  • Halton Region
  • Town of Halton Hills
  • Credit Valley Conservation
  • Conservation Halton
  • Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry
  • Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change attended JART meetings in an advisory capacity but was not a JART member
  • Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing attended JART meetings in an advisory capacity but was not a JART member
  • Steven Rowe, an aggregate advisor was retained to assist JART
  • Peer Review Consultants retained to assist JART with the review of various technical studies.
