Neyagawa Investments Inc

The purpose of this application for amendment is to permit the development of a gas bar, a convenience store and a drive-through convenience restaurant (a non-agricultural related land use in the Agricultural Rural Area).

Current Status

Regional Official Plan Amendment application RQ47A was received by Halton Region on January 16, 2008.

Regional staff identified additional study requirements pursuant to ROPA 33 and Planning Act s. 22(6) and has deemed the application incomplete. The additional studies have been requested.

Background

The site is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Derry Road and Trafalgar Road in the Town of Milton.
