Service & Engineering Fees

Effective January 1, 2012

Engineering and Inspection fees are calculated as a percentage of the estimated cost of Regional water and sanitary services and are based on a sliding scale.

less than $100,000	$5,000 or 9% (whichever is greater) +HST
between $100,000.01 and $250,000	7% +HST
between $250,000.01 and $500,000	6% +HST
$500,000.01 or more	5% +HST

*Any unspent funds at the time that the Region assumes the services will be returned to the developer.
