Our Internship program offers paid work opportunities to recent post-secondary graduates for one year. Interns can gain invaluable hands-on experience in their fields and develop skills to help them achieve their career goals.

Application process
  • Visit halton.ca/jobs to submit an online application—only online applications will be accepted. Please include a personal email address on your application.
  • Job opportunities are posted in February.
  • Those selected for an interview will receive an email/electronic request regarding available interview dates/times. Interviews will take place in March.
  • The employment period runs from June 2018 to June 2019

Eligibility criteria
  • you have graduated or will graduate with a recognized post-secondary degree, post-graduate certificate or diploma between January 2017 and June 2018; and
  • you are legally eligible to work in Canada.
