Halton Region provides professional development, resources, support and consultation to the Halton early childhood and school age community to support them in their efforts to design and deliver quality early childhood education programs.
We provide:
- Consultation for specific program needs
- Professional development opportunities for staff and non-profit child care board of directors
- Curriculum support
- Community development support
Our Program Support Services team also works closely with The Halton Resource Connection 
to provide supports to licensed and home based child care providers in Halton. The Halton Resource Connection (THRC) is a place where people can go to access equipment and resources to enhance programs for children and youth, provide peer support and have contact with related agencies.
