Applying for a Purchase of Service Agreement

Licensed home child care agencies and licensed child care programs can apply to Halton Region for a Purchase of Service Agreement.
If your program enters into an agreement with Halton Region, families who receive child care fee subsidy will be able to use your services, and Halton will pay a portion of the approved costs.
A Purchase of Service Agreement is also required for a child care provider to apply for wage subsidy.

Once your application has been approved, a Child Care Representative will make an appointment to review information about forms, procedures, community resources and invoicing procedures.
