We continue to help reach housing targets by bringing more assisted and supportive housing units to the Halton community.

Our next assisted housing development is happening in Oakville, at 363 Margaret Drive. The proposed development is a 3-storey family-oriented dwelling with 13 units:

• 5 three bedroom units
• 5 four bedroom units
• 3 five bedroom units

The building will also contain approximately 1,000 square feet of community programming space.

Your input is important to us, and we want to hear your feedback about this new development. Interested residents are invited to a Virtual Public Information Centre:

• Date: Thursday, February 20, 2025
• Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by a discussion session)
• Location: Virtual/Online Only on Microsoft Teams
• How to Register: Email a project team member listed below. They will send you a meeting link and instructions on how to join the online meeting.
