The Employee Relations team provides proactive Human Resources Services in the areas of:

  • Labours Relations- including administering and interpreting seven collective agreements representing nine bargaining units throughout the Region.

  • Policy Administration, Application, and Interpretation
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Organizational Design and Development
