Effective November 1, 2017, bid opportunities for goods, services and construction projects for Halton Region will be advertised and available for electronic access and download from bids&tenders (external link). Note: Bids issued prior to November 1, 2017, will be available on Biddingo.com (external link).

Hard copy bid documents will continue to be available for purchase from the Purchasing Services department at Halton Region, located at 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville, Ontario, L6M 3L1, during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

About Purchasing Services

Halton Region’s Purchasing Services team provides all potential suppliers of goods and services a fair and equal opportunity to bid on Regional business. It is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for all Regional departments for a total purchase value over $10,000.

We are a member of the Halton Co-operative Purchasing Group (external link), which is dedicated to providing optimum value and resources to its member agencies and client groups through innovative and progressive co-operative purchasing.

Purchasing Services maintains memberships in several industry associations to maintain and promote simplified standards and specifications and keep pace with changing market conditions.
