You can contact a friendly public health nurse to ask questions about:

  • prenatal health and well-being
  • feeding, breastfeeding and healthy eating
  • your child’s growth and development
  • challenging behaviours and parenting strategies
  • child, youth and parent mental health
  • child/teen substance use
  • teen behaviour and communication
