Community Development:
  • The Halton Food Council offers food related programming for children and youth residing in the community. The focus is healthy eating related to the vegetables grown in the community garden located in their community. Children and youth learn the basics of growing food, gardening, harvesting, and making various foods with the produce harvested from the garden. The community garden initiative is enjoyed by families
