Oral Health Clinics

 
Halton's oral health clinics provide information and education as well as assessments of eligibility for dental care financial assistance programs. 

COVID-19 update

To help protect staff and clients from the spread of COVID-19, Halton Region Oral Health Clinics are suspended until further notice. If you require smoking cessation services, please call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.

Parents can request a free tele-screening appointment with a public health Registered Dental Hygienist to assess their child’s oral health (and eligibility for the Healthy Smiles Ontario program) by calling 311.


Those eligible for an oral health assessment at an oral health clinic include:

  • Children and youth aged 17 and under
  • Ontario Works recipients
  • Adults 64 and under with an urgent dental and financial need, who have a physical/mobility disability and need assistance performing activities of daily living, such as getting dressed, bathing, or grooming,
