Canada Post national strike
We continue to provide access to critical programs and services during the Canada Post national service disruption.
If you would like purchase garbage tags, you have 2 convenient options:
- If you require your tags now: Purchase and pick up in person at Halton Regional Centre (main entrance), located at 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville (Google Maps link). We’re open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit the Recycling and Waste Sorting Guide page for alternate pickup locations in Halton.
- If you do not require your tags now: Purchase online and we will send them by mail. Please note there may be delays due to the Canada Post rotating strike.
