Halton Regional Chair Gary Carr, Mayor Marianne Meed Ward (City of Burlington), Mayor Rick Bonnette (Town of Halton Hills), Mayor Gord Krantz (Town of Milton) and Mayor Rob Burton (Town of Oakville) have released a statement urging the Federal Government to reject CN’s proposed truck-rail hub in Milton. The statement follows a pledge made by the Federal Government during the recent throne speech to “put the health of Canadians first”.
