Halton Region holds meetings of its Council and of other Committees and Boards on different schedules. This page will allow you to identify when and where meetings are taking place.

Meetings

The calendar below provides a listing of upcoming Halton Region meetings or events. These meetings or events are grouped into 3 categories:

  • Regional Council & Standing Committee Meetings
  • Other Committee & Board Meetings
  • Public Information Centre Meetings

Council and Committee Meetings

Halton Regional Council meets on a monthly cycle. The meeting schedules for other committees vary depending on their individual requirements. All meetings of Regional Council and its Standing Committees are held at the Halton Regional Centre, 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville. Other Committee & Board meetings may be held in other locations – please confirm in the calendar entry for each meeting.

Public Information Centre Meetings

As needed, Halton Region holds Public Information Centre (PIC) meetings to provide information and collect input on significant public projects. Representatives from the Region and any consultants attend these meetings to provide answers to questions. The location of these meetings is generally held in the ward where the project is to be undertaken. Please confirm in the calendar entry for each meeting.
