Paramedic Day is one way we can thank them for all they do as we celebrate Paramedic Services Week together.”

- check out our emergency vehicles and equipment;
- learn the basics of CPR;
- enjoy children’s activities including bouncy castles, face painting and crafts; and
- get a bite to eat from local food vendors ($).
Paramedic Day is a chance to meet our team of highly skilled medical professionals and learn more about their life-saving work in the community. Every year, Halton Paramedics respond to more than 50,000 calls and transport nearly 30,000 people, treating patients on the scene and on the way to the hospital. They also deliver vital community programs including the Community Paramedicine Program in partnership with other health agencies and lifesaving and emergency training for residents and businesses across Halton.
