It is conveniently located on the same street as the Woodside Library and is near Hopedale Mall and the YMCA. It is a short drive to Bronte Harbour, and just a short stroll from the lake and Coronation Park. The community is operated by Halton Community Housing Corporation and owned by the Regional Municipality of Halton. Fridge, stove, locker, water, water heater, and heat are included with rental. Residents pay for their own electricity, along with internet, cable and/or phone service if desired. There are 2 on-site common laundry rooms. Surface tenant parking may also be available, and visitors may park on the streets under Oakville by-law regulations.
