The residential Blue Box program is now operated by Circular Materials Ontario (external link).

If only your blue box was missed:

Please contact Miller Waste Systems directly.

If your blue box and green cart were both missed:

You can continue to use the online Missed Collections form.

For all other waste programs:

Please continue to use this form as usual.
