The study will:

• Define the problem.
• Identify and evaluate road improvement alternatives, including widening the road, cross-sectional requirements, intersection improvements and over-all traffic operations.
• Examine the impact of such improvements on social and natural environments.
• Determine a preferred solution, in consultation with the Town of Milton, regulatory agencies and the public.

Upon study completion a comprehensive Environmental Study Report will be prepared and placed on the public record for a 30-day review period.
