Purpose
The purpose of the Class EA study was to identify a preferred solution to meet the water servicing objectives for the South Halton area in accordance with the Master Plan. The study also investigated potential risks to security of supply including occasional raw water quality issues as the result of Sixteen Mile Creek influences.
Scope
The Class EA process includes:
- Public and review agency consultation
- An evaluation of alternatives and identification of the preferred solution
- Preparation of Project File
