Waste management and curbside collection
Reminder: Curbside waste collection will be delayed by one day in some areas due to Christmas and New Year's Day. Christmas trees are collected curbside the weeks of January 5 and 12.

- Open: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. December 26, 27, 29, 30, 31 and January 2
- Closed: December 25 and January 1
Homelessness support and outreach
Halton Region provides support for individuals experiencing homelessness, including providing emergency shelter options and assistance in finding more permanent housing.
If you see or suspect someone is experiencing homelessness, they should call 311 or email outreach@halton.ca.
Outreach support for those experiencing a mental health crisis is also available through the Crisis Outreach and Support Team (COAST) at: 1-877-825-9011 (available 24/7).
If a situation is life-threatening, please call 911.
