Request information about inspections

In addition to the results available online (above), residents can also request information about inspections for various other settings located in Halton region, including:

licensed child care settings
public pools, spas, wading pools and splash pads
recreational camps
tanning salons/spas (any location with a tanning bed)
small drinking water system inspections and advisories

To request inspection results for one of these settings, please complete the Health Department Inspection Results form. Once you submit a request, a public health inspector will call you to discuss the inspection results within one business day.
