Throughout the pandemic, we have worked to ensure you can continue to safely and conveniently access Regional information, resources and support. In fact, more than 80 per cent of our programs and services have continued during COVID-19. We have continued to offer a wide range of programs that enhance your quality of life, including, waste management Regional roads and infrastructure, planning, water and wastewater services, public health, childcare services, social and financial services and more.
An essential part of delivering these programs is making it easy for you to access them, and we are proud to provide our services in the way that works best for you. From new online services and request forms to virtual meetings and consultations, connecting residents with our programs has remained a top priority.
