Have your say on the future of Halton’s Regional Forests

Article

Halton Region is updating its Forest Management Plan to guide how Regional Forests are cared for, used, and protected over the next 20 years.

Residents, forest users, and interested community members are invited to share their views through an online survey. Your feedback will help inform priorities and management approaches before the Plan is finalized. Whether you frequently visit our Regional forests or are just learning about them, your perspective is welcome.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. Survey closes May 19.

Note: This survey applies only to Halton Regional Forests and does not include Conservation Halton (external link) forests or forests managed by City of Burlington (external link) or the Towns of Halton Hills (external link), Milton (external link) and Oakville (external link). If you are unsure which forests are part of the Halton Regional Forest system, please view the interactive Regional Forest tract map.
