Customer Service Week
Halton Region offers a wide range of programs and services that contribute to a high quality of life in our community, such as Regional roads, community planning, waste management, water and wastewater infrastructure, public health programs, social services and more. Our goal is to ensure you can access information, resources and support in the way that works best for you.

To recognize Customer Service Week, I would like to highlight the many ways you can connect with us:
 
  • Visit halton.ca to search for documents and resources, use our online tools and forms, sign up for alerts or learn more about our programs and services.
  • Download the OneHalton app from Google Play or the App Store to get reminders and submit service requests on your mobile device.
  • Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube for updates, tips and announcements.
  • Email accesshalton@halton.ca or call 311, 1-866-442-5866 or TTY 905-827-9833 to connect with a customer service representative.
  • Visit a Regional facility for in-person support.
Earlier this year, we updated halton.ca to make it easier to navigate, search for information and request services online, and we will continue our ongoing work to improve the way you access Regional programs and services.

Remember: Halton is just one click, one tap or one call away! By making it easy to access Regional services, we help keep our community a great place to live, work, raise a family and retire.
