If you are a recent post-secondary graduate or will graduate this spring, I encourage you to learn about our internship program and explore the opportunities available to you.
The one-year program provides recent graduates with a hands-on experience, learning from and working alongside industry leaders and experts. Our interns contribute to daily operations, strategic initiatives and the current Regional priorities. Interns receive on-the-job learning, networking opportunities and professional development while supporting the delivery of services and programs in our community.
In addition to receiving mentorship from leaders across the organization, our interns collaborate and network with each other throughout their internship at the Region. As valued members of our team, interns are provided with the tools they need to succeed in their roles and beyond.

To apply for an internship at Halton, you must be eligible to work in Canada and must have graduated (or will graduate) with a recognized post-secondary degree, post-graduate certificate or diploma between January 2022 and June 2023.
