Engaging and interactive online prenatal classes are free and available to all residents of Halton. Learn about pregnancy, natural childbirth techniques, labour and birth, breastfeeding, newborn care, Canadian Nutrition Guidelines, and Halton resources/supports. You can learn at your own pace. These classes are made for you; whether you are having your first baby or expecting another child, whether you are a parent-to-be or a support person.

Extra prenatal and postnatal in-person support is available through the Halton Prenatal Nutrition Program (HPNP) and Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC).

In this free 1.5-hour live class, learn how to get breastfeeding off to a good start, find breastfeeding supports and get your questions answered by a public health nurse. Open to pregnant parents and their partner/support person. This class is ideally taken after 28 weeks of pregnancy and before the baby is born. View the event calendar.
