2023 Servicing Allocation Program

Halton Regional Council endorsed the 2023 Allocation Program (CA-02-24/PW-04-24/FN-05-24) (PDF file)on February 14, 2024.

The 2023 Allocation Program was designed to support Local Municipalities in meeting their Provincial housing pledges. In January 2024, the Region released a Confirmation of Interest (COI) to landowners and developers within the program area; a summary of COI submissions is now available (PDF file). Following endorsement of the 2023 Allocation Program, Local Municipalities will identify properties for participation in the program.

Development Engineering Review Service: faster, easier and online!

To help make submitting engineering and development files faster and easier, Halton Region has introduced a new online Development Engineering Review Service!

You can now quickly create an account, follow simple prompts to enter submission information and load documents, and track the status of your application at any time.
