Older adults and adults with disabilities face unique challenges that can require extensive support from caregivers. The day program support caregivers in their efforts to keep family members living at home. We can provide information and resources that will assist in your caregiving role.
Participants and their caregivers are responsible for getting to and from the adult day program. Where this is not possible, the Day Program Coordinators assists with linking clients and families to the various transportation providers.
